COVID-19 Update!

At Pioneer Animal Hospital, we are doing our absolute best to continue to bring you quality service while also being socially responsible during the COVID-19 pandemic.  As such, we are no longer allowing the public to enter the building. Any visit to Pioneer Animal Hospital will be handled with "curbside" service. 

Please do not enter the building for any reason. 

Our protocol is evolving as the situation changes. Please bear with us as we adapt!

When you arrive for your pet’s appointment, please call from the parking lot. We will verify the reason for your pet’s visit and all approved services over the phone. Then one of our staff will meet you by your car to escort your pet inside. Upon completing his exam, Dr. Wood will call you to discuss his findings and answer any questions. Our staff will return your pet to you and complete payment at your car. Our preferred method of payment is debit/credit card via our mobile card reader. We will continue to accept cash and checks; however, this process will be much slower.

We ask that you only schedule one pet per visit for the time being.

If you need to pick up any products (such as food, medication, prevention, etc.), please call ahead to schedule a time to do so. The check-out process will essentially be the same as outlined for patient visits.
